1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AgenticMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Unified Platform

AgenticMarket provides a unified platform where users can act as both consumers of AI skills and creators ("Unified Wallet"). Our services allow you to discover, install, execute, and publish AI-driven algorithms.

• As a User: You agree to pay for the compute and API calls as determined by the price set by the creators.
• As a Creator: By publishing a skill, you grant us the right to distribute it on our marketplace. You maintain ownership over the intellectual property of your skills.

3. Payments and Revenue Share

All transactions are calculated in USD. Creators receive a 80% revenue share of the total price collected for each execution of their published skill. We reserve the right to modify this revenue split for future skills with 30 days prior notice.

Withdrawals and payouts are handled via our third-party provider, Polar. You agree to their terms of service when linking your payout accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Deploy or execute malicious code, ransomware, or spyware.
• Attempt to bypass our billing or tracking mechanisms.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or maliciously exploit skills published by other creators.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your API access if we detect a breach of these fair use guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The skills on AgenticMarket are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or success rate of any third-party AI skill hosted on the platform.
