These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AgenticMarket ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.
AgenticMarket is a software platform that allows developers ("Users") to discover and install MCP servers into their AI coding environments, and allows developers ("Creators") to publish their MCP servers and receive compensation for usage. The platform also includes community/explore submission flows where users can submit server-related content and metadata for review and listing. AgenticMarket operates as an intermediary platform — we route, authenticate, and log requests but do not create, own, or warrant third-party MCP servers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By using AgenticMarket, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API key. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at support@agenticmarket.dev if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
API keys are shown only once at the time of generation. We do not store plaintext API keys. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your API key.
AgenticMarket operates as a free, open registry and proxy platform for MCP servers. All servers, tool installations, and API calls on AgenticMarket are 100% free of charge. No credits, subscriptions, or payment cards are required to install or invoke servers.
To protect network integrity and upstream creator infrastructure, AgenticMarket enforces fair-use rate limiting. Automated abuse, denial-of-service attempts, or bypass of proxy rate limits is strictly prohibited.
Users are provided API keys to authenticate with the AgenticMarket proxy when connecting IDEs and AI tools. You are solely responsible for securing your API keys.
By submitting an MCP server, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the server and its underlying functionality. All MCP servers undergo automated compliance and security verification before becoming publicly listed. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submitted servers at our discretion.
All servers published on AgenticMarket are listed free of charge ($0.00). In exchange, creators receive continuous 24/7 health probe monitoring, automated multi-IDE distribution across 13+ tools, and detailed tool invocation analytics.
Creators may toggle listing visibility or deactivate their servers at any time through the dashboard. Servers that fail automated health probes over extended periods may be temporarily marked degraded or unlisted to preserve registry quality.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and API access without notice or refund if we detect a breach of these acceptable use guidelines.
You may request account deletion from Settings → Danger Zone. Before deletion is processed:
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Your username is permanently retired and cannot be reused by any other account.
Creators retain full ownership of their MCP servers and the underlying intellectual property. By publishing a MCP server on AgenticMarket, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to route, proxy, and facilitate access to your MCP server through our platform for the purposes of operating the service.
If you submit community/explore content (including descriptions, documentation, tags, compatibility notes, and related metadata), you grant AgenticMarket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, moderate, and display that content for platform operations, discovery, and safety review.
AgenticMarket's name, logo, platform, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AgenticMarket. You may not use our brand, trademarks, or identity without our prior written consent.
AgenticMarket is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
MCP server on the platform are published by independent Creators. AgenticMarket makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, legality, or fitness for purpose of any third-party MCP server. You use MCP server entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgenticMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, credits, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of credits purchased by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
