1. About AgenticMarket

AgenticMarket is a software platform that allows developers ("Users") to discover and install MCP servers into their AI coding environments, and allows developers ("Creators") to publish their MCP servers and receive compensation for usage. The platform also includes community/explore submission flows where users can submit server-related content and metadata for review and listing. AgenticMarket operates as an intermediary platform — we route, authenticate, and log requests but do not create, own, or warrant third-party MCP servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By using AgenticMarket, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API key. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at support@agenticmarket.dev if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

API keys are shown only once at the time of generation. We do not store plaintext API keys. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your API key.

4. Credits — Purchase, Use, and Non-Refundability

AgenticMarket operates a prepaid credits system. Credits are consumed when your AI agent makes a successful call to an installed Skills/Servers. Credits are denominated in USD for display purposes only.

4.1 Purchasing Credits

Credits are available for purchase in fixed packages of $15, $25, $50, and $100. The minimum purchase is $15. Credits are added to your account immediately upon confirmed payment. Payment processing fees may apply and are borne by us (in most cases) — you are credited the full package amount.

4.2 Nature of Credits

Credits are a limited licence to use AgenticMarket's platform services. Credits:

• Have no monetary or cash value
• Cannot be transferred to any third party
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other currency
• Can only be used to pay for Skills/Servers/API calls within the AgenticMarket platform
• Do not constitute a deposit, stored value instrument, or electronic money
• Are not covered by any deposit protection scheme

4.3 No Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for purchased credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to: unused credits, account suspension or termination, dissatisfaction with MCP server, or discontinuation of the platform.

Credits are automatically deducted only on successful MCP server call responses. If a MCP server call fails due to an error on our infrastructure or a creator's server timeout, no credits are deducted. If a deduction occurs and the upstream call subsequently fails, we will restore the deducted credits to your account.

4.4 Expiry

Credits do not expire and remain valid for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, any remaining credit balance is forfeited with no compensation.

5. Creator Terms

5.1 Publishing MCP Servers

By submitting a MCP server, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the MCP server and its underlying functionality. All MCP servers are subject to review and approval by AgenticMarket before they are made available on the platform. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submitted MCP servers at our discretion.

5.2 Pricing

You set the price per call for your Skill at the time of submission. You may publish a Skill as free ($0.00) or paid. For paid Skills, the minimum price is $0.03 per call. Pricing on a published listing is permanent — you cannot change the price of an existing listing. To offer a different price, you must publish a new listing. This policy exists to protect Users from unexpected price changes.

5.3 Revenue Share

For each successful Skill call, AgenticMarket retains a platform fee and credits the remainder to your earnings balance:

• Standard Creators: 80% of the per-call price
• Founding Creators: 90% of the per-call price for 12 months from approval date

AgenticMarket reserves the right to modify the platform fee for future MCP server with 30 days prior written notice. The fee applicable at the time a MCP server is published will remain in effect for that MCP server unless you are notified otherwise.

5.4 Earnings Balance

Earnings accumulate in your earnings balance. Earnings represent amounts owed to you by AgenticMarket and do not constitute a deposit or stored value. Earnings are not available for withdrawal until the minimum threshold of $20.00 is reached.

5.5 Withdrawals and Payout Fees

You may request a withdrawal of your earnings balance from your dashboard once the minimum threshold of $20.00 is met. Withdrawals are generally processed within 7 business days, subject to verification, compliance checks, and processor availability.

Third-party payment processing and transfer fees may apply at the time of payout and may be deducted from your withdrawal amount, depending on region, payout rail, and intermediary bank/processor charges. Currently available payout rails may include Wise (global) and Razorpay (India), but availability may change at any time.

AgenticMarket is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or incorrect payout details provided by you. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

5.6 Transfer of Earnings to Credits

You may transfer any amount from your earnings balance to your credits balance at no cost. This transfer is immediate and irreversible. Once transferred, the amount cannot be returned to your earnings balance or withdrawn as cash.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AgenticMarket to:

• Deploy, execute, or distribute malicious code, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful software
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or reverse engineer our billing, authentication, or tracking systems
• Scrape, copy, or exploit MCP server published by other Creators without authorisation
• Publish MCP server that impersonate, misrepresent, or infringe the intellectual property of any third party
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to MCP server outside of the platform
• Abuse the platform in a way that causes disproportionate load on our infrastructure

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and API access without notice or refund if we detect a breach of these acceptable use guidelines.

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from Settings → Danger Zone. Before deletion is processed:

• If you have an earnings balance above $0, you must withdraw your earnings before deletion can proceed
• If you have a credits balance remaining, you will be notified that the balance will be permanently forfeited upon deletion. Proceeding constitutes your acknowledgement of this forfeiture with no compensation

Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Your username is permanently retired and cannot be reused by any other account.

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of their MCP servers and the underlying intellectual property. By publishing a Skill on AgenticMarket, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to route, proxy, and facilitate access to your Skill through our platform for the purposes of operating the service.

If you submit community/explore content (including descriptions, documentation, tags, compatibility notes, and related metadata), you grant AgenticMarket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, moderate, and display that content for platform operations, discovery, and safety review.

AgenticMarket's name, logo, platform, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AgenticMarket. You may not use our brand, trademarks, or identity without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AgenticMarket is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

MCP server on the platform are published by independent Creators. AgenticMarket makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, legality, or fitness for purpose of any third-party MCP server. You use MCP server entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgenticMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, credits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of credits purchased by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
