• Account Information: Name, email address, password (hashed), and associated GitHub or Google profile data if you use social sign-in.
• Billing Information: Transaction history, top-ups, and payout details managed securely via our payment providers (Polar/Stripe).
• Usage Data: API logs, skill execution counts, error rates, and terminal interaction data necessary for billing validation.

2. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We use the information we collect strictly to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the AgenticMarket platform and unified wallet experience.
• Process transactions and appropriately distribute revenue shares to creators.
• Monitor API usage to prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Send critical technical updates and security alerts.

3. Data processed by Third-Party Skills

When you invoke a third-party AI skill on the marketplace, the specific input parameters you pass may be processed by the creator's endpoint or underlying LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).

While we require creators to respect user privacy, AgenticMarket is not responsible for data submitted directly to third-party endpoints. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, API keys, or secrets into unknown skills.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in to the dashboard and maintain your session state. We do not use intrusive tracking or third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can delete your account securely through the Settings panel in your dashboard. Upon deletion, we will destroy all personal data, though we may retain anonymous API execution logs for financial auditing purposes.
