StillOS Notary — Compliance Infrastructure for Autonomous Agents
StillOS Notary is production compliance infrastructure built for agents that transact, underwrite, or make counterparty decisions without a human in the loop. It runs continuously against seven sanctions and regulatory data sources and returns a cryptographically signed verification receipt on every call — a record an agent can act on and a counterparty can independently verify, not a probability score.
Operated by Still OS Digital Holdings. Live in production since July 2026.
Coverage
- OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list
- UN Security Council Consolidated Sanctions List
- EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List
- Colombia — Procuraduría SIRI disciplinary registry

Tools
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| screen_entity | Screens a name or entity across OFAC, UN, and EU sanctions lists in one call |
| claim_verdict | Commits a verifiable verdict on a claim before its outcome is known, settled against an independent source |
| grade_strategy | Grades a trading or business strategy against its own stated evidence |
| distress_score | Scores counterparty financial distress from public regulatory and market signals |
| agent_clearance | Issues a clearance decision for an autonomous agent counterparty before a transaction proceeds |
Why signed receipts
Every call returns an Ed25519-signed record binding the query, the result, and the timestamp. A counterparty or downstream auditor verifies the result independently, without trusting StillOS after the fact. This is the same standard StillOS runs across its own live trading and capital-allocation infrastructure.

- "Grade this trading strategy's evidence before I allocate capital to it."
